Oberhütte by the Lake

The long climb is worth it. You have a great view from the Oberhütte at around 1,860 meters. When you get here, you deserve a break. The Oberhütte is also a great place to stay. You have the choice between double, 6-bed or 16-bed rooms. There is hot food here between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Idyllically located hut directly on a beautiful mountain lake and on the way to the Seekarscharte. The Oberhütte is a real stop-off point before setting out on the long, steep ascent of the "mountain pass". Nice, brisk hostess, nice terrace, fair prices and a great view.
