You will not find the monastery ruin during a normal stroll or drive through Osor. It is located slightly outside the village in a small bay, not far from a campsite. Built in the 10th century and abandoned since 1841 ... its walls are picturesquely situated by the sea. Surrounded by fig trees, it is a real treat to be looked at, viewed and explored.
This is definitely worth a visit ... if you pass Lošinj since and Osor ... definitely (most beautiful in the evening light) 🤗.
