The Augsburger Hütte is a very popular refuge in the Lechtal Alps. It stands on a rocky outcrop from which you can enjoy a wonderful view, and is also the base of the Lechtaler Höhenweg and starting point for the Parseierspitze, the highest peak in the Lechtal Alps.

The Augsburger Hütte (Augsi) also surprised me, you can always find a place to sleep because it is not as crowded as the Memminger or Ansbacher Hütte. The team is super sweet and on weekends it can get loud with singing and music. I liked it very much, the food was also okay. I will definitely come here again :)
