Stage 1 Gosheim- Lembergturm-Klippeneck-Dreifaltigkeitsberg-Spaichingen.
In Spaichingen you can stay well and cheap. Example: Hotel Engel.
On the Klippeneck and the Dreifaltigkeitsberg there are rest stops, but you can not rely on them. That's why I recommend having enough fluids with you.
Stage 2 you have to go back up to the Trinity Mountain. From there via Lippachmühle always follow the sign "Donauberglandweg" to Mühlheim an der Donau.
From there there are train connections to Villingen, or Sigmaringen
