The mausoleum - its walls striking at first sight - often called Textorius Gravkapell - is the mausoleum of industrialist Valentin Textorius, and was built in 1812. Textorius was the wealthiest merchant of Kristianstad towards the end of the 18th century, and apparently owned half the city!
