Hiking
The south gate (brass/bronze gate) served as access to the harbor, which was built directly on the south facade.
The corners, modeled after Roman forts, are defended by four strong square towers, three of which are well preserved. The three land gates were each protected by two octagonal towers (possibly similar to the polygonal towers at the main gate of Salona).
