The North Sea Oceanarium in Hirtshals is one of Denmark's biggest attractions.

This popular attraction opened in 1984. It was then called the North Sea Museum until 1998, when it was expanded to include an oceanarium containing 4.5 million liters of water.

It's a breathtaking experience to stand in front of the huge aquarium and watch Klumpe the sea hare, the oceanarium's mascot. At the same time, the museum excels at taking children and adults beneath the surface, offering them unforgettable and educational experiences.
