On the hill in front lies the truly enormous "Center of Islamic Civilization": newly built, on the president's orders, opened in 2026. A blue box with 150x100m sides, the dome 65m high, four huge portals, decorated all over with majolica. Here the Koran, which Timur Leng brought from Syria in the 14th century – thus the oldest Koran in the world – will be exhibited. It is linked to the Caliph Uthman (the third Caliph!, 644–656), scientifically it is verified as late 8th to early 9th century.
