The pedestrian and waterfront trail bridge over Petticoat Creek in Pickering was opened in June 2002; it is 170 meters long. The metal bridge with wooden planks and cement foundations crosses the creek at a height of 10 meters at its mouth into Lake Ontario.
From the bridge, there is a beautiful view of the wetland along the creek to the north and Lake Ontario to the south.
