A newly built park. At that time, the 2011 tsunami destroyed everything here. Today, there is a park with an emergency hill. The water was more than 7 m high back then. From the hill, you can watch planes landing and taking off from the airport.
When it rains, the park floods. There is a toilet and drinking water. Next to it is a shrine. Vending machines are nearby.
