Spent two nights in Iwaki. Finally got to experience a summer festival. On weekends there was always a thunderstorm or I didn't have a proper sleeping place, so I could never participate, but this weekend I managed. Japanese people know how to party, but everything ends punctually at 9 PM. Really everything!
