In the area of the still existing concrete base of the "Würzburger Riese" radar device, an approximately 100 meter long peace path was created, which winds up to a vantage point. The path was made from pieces of concrete from the nearby army road that had to be built by Russian prisoners of war during World War II. So-called nation trees were planted to the right and left of this path, symbolizing the countries involved in the war. Their peaceful coexistence should be a reminder for reconciliation among the peoples.
