Hiking
We hiked this following extensive rain. The hike is technically straightforward until the start of the ‘via ferrata’ after which there was some scrambling up rock and the track was wet and muddy in places. The descent was wet and boggy and required good concentration until we arrived back at the sherpatrappe. Bring clothing layers for cold, wet, and/or windy conditions. Poles are quite helpful for the descent. Views are outstanding, especially from the top.
