At the Heeselichtmühle, the road coming from Hohnstein leaves the valley again. Upstream, the Polenztal is again reserved for hikers from here. There are no longer any inns in the Heeselichtmühle. But just a few kilometers upstream, the disc mill, the buck mill and the bone mill offer places to stop for refreshments.

Start and end point of the hike: parking lot on the road to the Heeselichtmühle. The Heeselichtmühle was first mentioned in 1567 and was a board and flour mill. Today it is used as a pension and inn.
