In a hairpin bend on Nikoloz Baratashvilli street you can find this trail... but at the northern end you'll have to search a bit. At the height of the turnout strip you'll find a spot where concrete remains from road works were dumped (and unfortunately also some fly-tipped waste).
Don't be put off by those first ten unattractive meters.
At the bottom of the path you can cross the street and find a connection to a next - steeply ascending - trail.
