Roche Cove Regional Park has easy access to both forest and shoreline just a short distance from Victoria. The trails wind through tall trees and open pockets of coastal vegetation, giving you a mix of shaded paths and views over the water. The cove itself is a quiet place to stop and watch the tide, or take a break before heading farther into the forest. The park is popular for hiking, cycling, and dog walking, with plenty of space to explore without feeling crowded.
