A two-story building with single-story extensions on both sides of the main body and a tower in the north-eastern corner of the structure, situated in a 19th-century park of approx. 2.8 ha. The park, along with the utility yard, occupies cadastral parcel no. 300310_5.0008.9/1 with an area of 6.0703 ha.
