Manor built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. In 1891, Erazm Brzeski of Bończa coat of arms (1846-1928), the initiator of the construction of the current manor in Królewiec, purchased the farm from Baron Graeve. In the interwar period, Królewiec still belonged to the Mierzewo manor area, and its owner was one of Erazm Brzeski's sons - Jan. After the outbreak of World War II, the village was taken over by the Germans, who named it Königsdorf. After the war, it became the property of the Polish State Treasury. A State Agricultural Farm was established on the site of the former farm, which was legally liquidated in the 1990s. Currently, the manor stands empty and in ruins.
