If the wind is blowing as you approach Bogangar Beach (Cabarita Beach or "Caba") you are almost sure to see some windsurfers. It has famous breaks like The Cove and Westy's. This 8-kilometre stretch of sand is backed by pristine trees and a large swath of forest, part of the Cudgen Nature Reserve, so walking along the beach feels like a trip back in time.
