Far from villages, roads and cable cars, you will experience pure nature on this remote trail. Away from the otherwise often overcrowded tourist hotspots of the Zermatt region, you can enjoy the magnificent views of the Matterhorn and the Monte Rosa massif almost by yourself here. Often at eye level, the rare Edelweiss blooms next to you, between the rocks, right by the path. You will occasionally be accompanied by shaggy Blacknose sheep.
