Botanical Gardens of Silver Springs is a beautiful garden space in northwest Calgary, with themed gardens, forested areas, and winding pathways that create a peaceful setting to wander and explore. The walking paths connect more than 30 gardens and wooded sections, with flowering plants, shrubs, fruit trees, benches, and quiet places to pause throughout the grounds. Set within one of Calgary’s Birthplace Forests and maintained entirely by volunteers, the gardens have a calm, community feel that makes them a favourite for relaxed walks and photography.
