The Huillca high pasture with Campsite is a striking point on the route: it is located at an altitude of around 4,500 m and offers a wide grassy area, traditionally grazed by alpacas and llamas. Directly on the valley floor is the Campsite, characterized by its proximity to clear streams and its sheltered location between the surrounding peaks. For hikers, it is a functional overnight stop that creates good conditions for the next stage in the remote mountain region.
