At the "Pfersag-Wasserfall" you come by the circular walk Felsensteig or on the Gottesgartenrundweg Nord. The last few meters to the waterfall can be slippery and muddy. The about two meters high waterfall at Ebneth is something special. The Pfersag Waterfall is a horseshoe waterfall - like the North American Niagara Falls, only in miniature. After prolonged rain periods, the water flows over the entire rock stage and during dry periods, only a narrow beam flows over the middle. So recommended in every season.

    Ideal climbing paradise for children.
The Pfersag Waterfall is a two-meter-high waterfall in the form of a free-falling stage in the Burgkunstadter district Ebneth, in Upper Franconia. The waterfall is fed by the brook Nassbrunnen, which springs from several springs. The waterfall is located at 380 meters above sea level and lies on the edge of a wooded area, northeast of Ebneth on the border to the district of Kronach.

Pfersag waterfall is fed from the brook "Nassbrunnen". With enough water, it is like "Niagara in miniature".
Name: if a horse lets water, in Franconian ...
Probably the name was translated by non-Frankish speaking topographers.
