Hiking
Pancake Bay Campground has excellent facilities, as generally all campgrounds in Ontario managed by Ontario Parks do. The sites are located with spacing in the shady forest; if necessary, there is the option to connect the vehicle to the power supply. The sanitary facilities with showers are excellent and are cleaned daily. Some of the sites are located a few meters from the magnificent sandy beach.
The campground is the starting point for hikes, the Nature Trail along the coast, and the Edmund Fitzgerald Lookout & Pancake Falls Trails for various needs.
