Lyracappul is the highest peak in the Mangerton Mountain range in County Kerry, rising to about 825 metres (2,707 ft). It sits within Killarney National Park and is known for its remote, boggy terrain and panoramic views over the Lakes of Killarney, Mangerton, and the MacGillycuddy’s Reeks. The climb is less crowded than nearby peaks like Carrauntoohil, making it popular with experienced hikers looking for a quieter mountain route.
