The Chilliwack River Ecological Reserve Trail is a quieter hike through a protected stretch of the Chilliwack River. The trail is less developed than nearby trails, so it sometimes has areas with uneven ground, roots, and muddy patches. Keep your eyes on the river, as all five species of Pacific salmon can be seen in the protected river at different times of the year.
