Flowing south out of Chilliwack Lake, the Chilliwack River is a popular fishing spot during salmon runs. Rafters brave the cold water, and hikers enjoy the riverbanks, and the water moves quickly through the valley floor, stretching 80 kilometres all together and spilling into the United States.
