Believed to date from around 1800 and possibly designed by John Paterson, this unusual octagonal Gothic folly features pointed-arch openings and decorative quatrefoil detailing. Inside, there is a fireplace, along with a small cupboard recess set into the north-west wall. Positioned on slightly elevated, wooded ground, the structure forms part of the wider designed landscape of Fasque. It is commonly said that the building was used for card playing, and it is thought to have been built around the same time as Fasque House.
