This single trail is not just a visual highlight. Although it is mainly S0 to S1, in between it is even briefly technical, steep and thus to S1 to S2. For inexperienced or hardtail riders, it may even appear like an S3. At the highest point, the path becomes rocky, steep and lightly rooted. On dry ground, however, it can be ridden with good technology and / or E-MTB power without dismounting. No loose rubble or the like. Good grip and solidified ground. When wet, the rocks and roots are too slippery. Then pushing for 5 meters is the order of the day. Sometimes leaves can tear off the grip. Be careful when wet.

      ADDENDUM:
At the valley of the wine hill there is a narrow staircase with switchbacks. Not that easy in downhill. Detour on the right in bad weather is miserable. The soil is very loamy and sticks up the tires within 1-2 meters. Immediate blocking on the mudguard and possible rollover over the handlebars when driving too fast can result. Eternal scraping or scrubbing free of the tires for driving on is inevitable. ;-(

Beautiful mountain trail with a view of the Staffelberg and the Spitzberg.
