Mountain biking
Great viewing platform at runway West. Here you can observe the planes taking off very well and up close. A good time for this is around 1 p.m., as most long-haul aircraft take off then.

Mountain biking
Small viewing platform near the underpass at the airport. From the platform you can watch the planes take off and land nicely. In June 2020, however, largely "dead trousers" due to the corona pandemic.

Hiking
From here, you get a pretty good view of the long-haul jets still flying low to the west, as well as of planes planning to take off from the west runway.
It's on the way on many hikes and bike rides anyway, and you can even sit down here for a while.
So why not take a break?
