Gravel riding

The title means that the Drömling was not originally a dry landscape, but rather a shallow, slowly silting-up body of water or a very wet lake and swamp zone. Over a long period, this lake transformed into a large wetland through natural deposits – with moors, swamp forests, and many small streams. Later, humans also began to drain parts of it, which led to the creation of today's cultural landscape.
