The Preit Refuge is the old home of the nursery keeper. The present terraces were built in the early 1900s: it is a great example of the mastery of the time in creating arable areas even on very steep slopes. In addition, there are canals and a well where rainwater was collected. Now a beautiful spruce forest remains of the nursery.
