Sandwell valley county park is a great place to visit if you like cycling. They have a wide range of surfaced and unsurfaced tracks to suit all. Theres a pump track and a 3k Mountain bike track called the miners trailif you fancy pushing yourself .also if you forget to bring your bike there's a hire shop onsite.

Great MTB trail however very badly look after. The council seem to not care about it. Branches sticking out with nettlesn hanging off, many other dangerous cautions. Please be careful on this trail, blue trail seems to be best looked after, the red and black have very narrow paths full of hedges unable to drive through.
