The Roman Museum is housed in the tower erected over the amphitheater in the 11th century. The most important discoveries at the Aventicum site illustrate the history of the capital of Roman Helvetia: a copy of the gold bust of Emperor Marcus Aurelius, sculptures, mosaics, stone inscriptions, fragments of a Roman organ, and more.
