The reconstructed Roman path is one of the highlights of the 106 kilometer long Sirona path. Here the time around 2,000 years ago is illuminated. The Romans melted ores in the region around Birkenfeld. The section of an old Roman road 20 meters long and five meters wide has been reconstructed in great detail and offers you a vivid insight into Roman times.
On the Sirona-Weg you will follow the traces of the Celtic-Roman cultural heritage - an exciting tour that will take you past various contemporary witnesses over 106 kilometers. You can find more information about the Sirona path here:
