The Emsen megalithic tomb (also known as the Langenrehm or The High Stone) is a stone grave between 3500 and 2800 BC. B.C. Megalithic burial complex of the Neolithic Funnel Beaker Culture (TBK) near Emsen, a district of the municipality of Rosengarten in the district of Harburg, Lower Saxony. It bears the Sprockhoff number 672.The grave is located near the eastern end of the Langenrehm district of Emsen, in the middle of a row of trees on the edge of a field.
The plant has a flat, round mound. It contains the remains of the northwest-southeast oriented burial chamber. In 1934 Willi Wegewitz carried out an excavation here. The north-west end stone and five wall stones of the north-east long side are still in situ. On the south-west long side, this capstone rests on another completely overturned wall stone. More stones lie outside the chamber. Sprockhoff suspected that they belonged to a corridor and assumed that the facility was to be regarded as a Holstein chamber. He was able to prove uses of the TBK and subsequent uses of the Corded Ware as well as from the early Bronze Age.de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gro%C3%9Fsteingrab_Emsen
