The collegiate church of the Dietramszell monastery is one of the most beautiful monastery churches in the Bavarian baroque landscape thanks to the great interior.
An absolute must stop here and visit the church.
The Maria and St. Martin's monastery was probably founded before 1098 by Udalschalk, abbot of the Benedictine monastery in Tegernsee.

A large monastery of the sisters named Salesians in Bavaria who have nothing to do with the Salesians Don Bosco. They have a kindergarten and school after Montessori. Unfortunately there are no pilgrim rooms. There was also no free room in the monastery bar. Surprisingly we saw a car from Perg / Upper Austria with the sticker caminoimwinter.at! We searched for a phone number. Kurt Andorfer soon appeared who reserved a room for us in the "Huber z'Linden" guesthouse in Linden, 4 km away. The salvation for us!
