A well-preserved mill ditch that flows idyllically past the water mill. Great location

The Kellenberger Mühle is a former fruit and grain mill from the 17th/18th centuries. Century. It forms an angle with the house and the mill barn.

The Kellenberger mill is of both contemporary and local historical importance. It illustrates the living, working and production conditions of the miller's trade as they existed over several centuries in rural areas depending on the local nobility. (The mill was probably built together with the late Gothic fort of Kellenberg Castle in the second half of the 14th century.)

Since the water wheel, mill stream and mill equipment have been preserved, the former function of the farm complex is clearly visible.

The mill pond used to drive the mill wheel. Now the mill pond flows past the mill wheel.
