The Nut Point Trail explores one of the Lac La Ronge Provincial Park peninsulas. The trail stretches one-way and passes through boreal forest, rock outcrops, muskeg, and exposed Canadian Shield, with scenic lakeshore views. Nut Point Peninsula is one of the longest uninterrupted stretches of exposed Canadian Shield you can hike in Saskatchewan without needing a canoe.
