Baita Angelini (Bivouac “Baita Valentino Angelini ai Scarselóign”) is a small shelter located at 1,680 m on the NE side of the San Sebastiano Group, downstream from the Vant de le Forzèle, next to the Aiva dei Scarseloìn. It stands on a rocky spur overlooking the Vach waterfall, in a privileged position overlooking Val Barance and the mountains that crown Val Zoldana. The view of the southern slope of Monte Pelmo is unmissable.

Inaugurated on 26 October 1980, it is a masonry and wood construction erected on the initiative of the CAI Val di Zoldo with the patronage of the Antonio Berti Foundation. The bivouac was then dedicated to Valentino Angelini (1904-1976), a profound connoisseur of these mountains, a fine lover of alpine plants, as well as brother of Giovanni Angelini (doctor, academic of the CAI and co-founder of the location section, to whom the Casel Sora 'l Sass refuge). Together with Silvio Sperti the two brothers explore and illustrate all their Zoldan Dolomites, opening notable mountaineering routes.

The bivouac, renovated in 2013, has 6 beds on planks. Small water source in the immediate vicinity.

Caution if reached in winter/snow. There may be a lack of wood to light a fire
