The High Ridge Trail is on the Northern Coast of the Olympic Peninsula, and is a popular 0.8-mile roundtrip hike that starts near the Visitor Center parking lot at Hurricane Ridge. With an elevation gain of 213 feet, this easy trail begins as a paved path and transitions to a dirt trail. The route offers stunning views of Mount Angeles and connects with the Sunrise Trail to Sunrise Point, heading towards Klahhane Ridge and Peak Folly. Be aware of potential black bears in the area, especially in early summer.
