A great 12km hike to the Grotto and Hunting Cabin with a quick visit to the Pratt Cabin. Only around 450' of elevation gain. Excellent hike. Would have gone to the Notch which would have added another 1000' of gain in 2km one way but they close the parking lot by 5pm so an earlier start is required.

An amazing walkable city. Suggest picking up a trolley tour map and the just walking the city. Around 10 km. Highlights Forsyth Park, Armstrong Kessel Mansion, Mickve Israel, Pulaski Monument, Jones St, one of the most photographed streets in Savannah, Lafayette Square, Cathedral of St John, Colonial

3000' of elevation gain.. a strenuous hike straight up and then straight down. Found the rocks on the trail tough underfoot and the uneven terrain in places made it one of the toughest hikes we have done. The 360 degree views from the summit made it well worth it and the views of El Capitane were spectacular
