In summer, the Schliersee with its crystal clear water is one of the most beautiful Bavarian bathing and water sports lakes.
In winter, the Schliersee-Spitzingsee area (1,100 to 1,900 m) is an El Dorado for all winter sports enthusiasts with 25 km of groomed ski and snowboard runs, 7 cross-country ski trails, numerous natural toboggan runs and ski hiking trails.
