Condor Peak stands at 5,440 feet and is an underrated, remote peak in the Angeles National Forest. This beautiful, exposed summit is best attempted in the cooler months and is a great challenge for the experienced hiker. There is a short scramble up to the top of Condor Peak that can have some loose rock so use caution when summiting. Once you are at the summit, you are rewarded with great views of the surrounding mountains, including Fox Mountain, Iron Mountain, and Mount Lukens.
