Ick-Blick Viewpoint

From here, with good visibility, you can look over the Auetal and across from the right to the Weser Mountains, the Süntel and, on the far left, with the best view, to the Deister.

I'll probably have to come back here with my bike when the weather is better. Today it was cloudy, but there is a bit of information:
A beautiful spot with a clear view far into the Weserbergland is now available on almost the highest point of the Bückeberg. Two benches and a table made of Obernkirchen sandstone decorate this spot, which is on the hiking trail just behind the quarry in the direction of Auetal. It is called "Ick-Blick" - in memory of the now retired district forester Frenz-Wilhelm Ick.
