Mountain biking
The Waldnaab Valley between Falkenberg and Windischeschenbach-Neuhaus with its numerous impressive rock formations, granite weathering forms (mattress and Wollsackverwitterung), block sea formations, swirl holes, cuts, pseudo-carts and stone mills and the Sauerbrunnen is a very worth seeing major geotope. The Naab (above the mouth of Heidenaab "Waldnaab") is a left tributary of the Danube with a total length of about 165 km. The Waldnaabquelle lies hard on the border with the Czech Republic at the Silberhütte in the district Tirschenreuth.
