This educational laboratory-museum offers visitors the opportunity to appreciate the fabulous insect societies in their daily lives. Through displays, the public can witness colonies hibernating, queens laying eggs, larvae molting and spinning cocoons, the social rules and laws of each species, among many other curious details. Colonies of ants, bees, wasps, and termites delight visitors. Colonies are not frozen in time and therefore follow the normal biological rhythms of their species. In addition to observing the insects, visitors can learn facts about anthropological history and their relationship with social insects.
