A church was first built in Nassenheide in 1589. At that time, the place was still called "Nateheide". The current brick building dates from 1749. A major fire destroyed parts of the village and the church tower in 1772. In 1776, the square west tower with a height of 25.8 m was rebuilt.

The village church of Nassenheide is a church of the Protestant church in the district of Nassenheide in the municipality of Löwenberger Land, Brandenburg. It was built by the parish in the 18th century as the second church building in what was then an independent village. The house has been a listed building since the 21st century.
