Flatish double track. A muddy open track to start with then narrows to a loose slightly rocky double trail, with some overgrowth in the spring. Used to access the awesome XL - Wilmington Rollercoaster a few 100 metres down the lane.

This byway has recently been resurfaced, filling in the ruts that were becoming unrideable. Fairly loose stones but good to be able to ride the full length now.
