The "Little Stelvio" of Caminata, in the province of Piacenza, is a cycling climb that has gained a certain fame among road and gravel bike enthusiasts. The name itself is inviting: it recalls the Stelvio Pass, but in a shorter, local version, tailored to the Piacenza hills.
The stretch is located in the heart of the Tidone Valley and is characterized by a sequence of tight hairpin bends that resemble, in miniature, the legendary Alpine ramps.
